How do I find the clinic?

Sheffield style bicycle stands are located directly outside the clinic for secure locking.
🚗 Parking
Paid street parking is available on Adelaide Road and nearby on Fitzwilliam Street. If spaces are full, parking is available
at the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, approximately a 10 minute walk from the clinic.

What is your cancellation / no show policy?
Please note: This cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all appointments taking place on or after 19 January 2026.
We are committed to running a calm, well organised clinic where every patient is given adequate time, care, and attention. To support this, and to ensure appointments run as smoothly and punctually as possible, all bookings require a valid credit or debit card on file.
All medical, cosmetic, and surgical appointments are subject to a strict 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a €200 fee. Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will also be subject to a €200 no show fee and will not be offered a reschedule.
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
We always aim to run our clinic on time so that each patient receives the care and attention they deserve. As our clinic operates at full capacity, late arrivals may not be able to be seen. If you think you may be delayed, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to advise you. Depending on clinic availability, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
